Office/Shop.  Divider wall framed with 2”x4” SPF studs, R12 pink fiberglass insulation and 1/2" select sanded plywood on both sides, sealed, primed and painted.

Install 2’8”x6’8” wood man door and wooden jamb with passage set into divider wall

Hanging wall shelves with two steel frames and 3 double plank shelves 10 ft. long and 19" wide.

Air conditioner installation (cut hole in wall and frame with tubing, fabricate removable mounting chassis and blank hole cover, install 6000 BTU A/C unit and seal, wire 110v duplex outlet up high (requires minimum of basic elec))

42”x92” sloped drawing table with lower shelf and cubby holes.

Deluxe 2”x3” SPF 4 wall interior stud liner package with 2”x3” ceiling joist, R12 pink fiberglass insulation lined with 1/2" sanded select plywood, corners trimmed, primed and painted with enamel.
